THE KAMATIVI MINE PROJECT

A subsidiary of the Yahua Group, Kamativi Mining Company (KMC) is an exploration and mining development company focused on lithium in Zimbabwe. KMC is a Joint Venture (JV) company operated and controlled by Sichuan PD Technology Group, a subsidiary of a Chinese listed entity, Yahua Group. The local Joint Venture partner is Kamativi Tin Mines (Private) Limited, wholly owned and controlled by a private company called Defold Mine (Private) Limited. Kamativi Mining Company started operations in 2019 and is focused on lithium exploration, mining and processing within Kamativi.
KMC owns 100% of the mineral rights of the Kamativi mining area and is mainly responsible for the mining and mineral processing business of the group.

An investment of over US$249 million was put towards the construction of mining and processing facilities.
KMC has created employment, employing over 1200 people, directly and indirectly.
